Senior 3D/Motion Designer (3D/Motion Design): Creating advanced 3D graphics, motion systems, visual identities, and campaign assets for a global software product ecosystem with an accent on visual storytelling, brand evolution, and premium execution. Focus on defining motion design standards, solving complex visual and technical challenges, and applying AI tools throughout the design process.

Location: Ukraine or Europe. Hybrid work is available, with the option to work remotely or from the Kyiv coworking hub.

What you will do

• Lead advanced graphic solutions, including 3D graphics, complex motion elements, and visual identity systems.
• Research, test hypotheses, and develop data-driven design solutions within business and technical constraints.
• Oversee high-impact print and digital materials for major company-wide initiatives.
• Create strategic templates, key visuals, and high-level data visualizations for internal stakeholders.
• Lead design-community initiatives, select core technologies, and mentor colleagues.
• Consult stakeholders on creative direction and apply AI tools to improve execution speed and quality.

Requirements

• Strong graphic and motion design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, and animation.
• Branding and visual identity experience.
• Advanced 3D skills with Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Figma and Adobe Creative Suite expertise, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating campaign key visuals.
• Upper-intermediate English required.

Nice to have

• Art direction and concept creation experience.
• Experience with AI creative tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
