Talent Acquisition Intern

What you will do

• Support recruitment for roles across China, Singapore, and other APAC markets.
• Post and maintain vacancies on job boards and in the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system.
• Review applications, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and support recruitment administration throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Assist with talent sourcing, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, prioritisation, and deadline management skills.
• Confidence working with international stakeholders and different cultures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; previous internship or administrative experience is advantageous.
