Zabbix Solution Engineer (Monitoring)

Location: hirify.global Headquarters, Riga, Latvia; hybrid work is available.

Salary: €2,800–€4,000 gross per month.

What you will do

• Develop integrations with popular software, hardware, and cloud services.
• Research software and hardware technologies for potential integration.
• Maintain and improve monitoring integrations according to hirify.global standards.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Support, and external vendors to deliver reliable monitoring solutions.
• Create clear and practical internal and external documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a network administrator, DevOps engineer, or monitoring engineer.
• Familiarity with common protocols, network devices, operating systems, or cloud environments.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Higher education in IT or exact sciences.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages and monitoring tools.
