What you will do

• Design and lead cloud-native data platforms and end-to-end data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, storage, and orchestration flows.
• Establish scalable data quality, lineage, documentation, and monitoring practices.
• Define technical standards and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in data engineering, cloud-native solutions, and data architecture.
• Strong experience with end-to-end architecture, ingestion, modeling, storage, orchestration, and Medallion architecture.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or comparable AWS and Google Cloud tools.
• Hands-on experience with data warehouses and data lakes, including BigQuery, Azure Data Lake, Delta Lake, or Amazon Redshift.
• Strong Python, Pandas, Boto3, SQL, and/or Spark experience, plus RDBMS or NoSQL database expertise.
• Leadership, mentoring, DevOps/DataOps, CI/CD, performance optimization, and stakeholder communication skills.
