Employer Brand Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from Poland, Bulgaria, Malta, or Serbia

What you will do

• Implement employer branding initiatives aligned with communication strategy and business objectives.
• Adapt the employer value proposition and messaging for internal and external channels.
• Plan campaigns, content calendars, objectives, timelines, KPIs, and communication channels.
• Produce career-page, social media, recruitment marketing, video, digital, presentation, and branded merchandise assets.
• Coordinate agencies, production partners, creative briefs, quality control, and campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, PR, Brand Marketing, Design, Events, and Internal Communications teams while supporting advocacy, awards, conferences, and partnerships.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, corporate communications, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Experience leading multi-team communication initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Strong planning, coordination, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating employer branding campaigns, editorial plans, and materials for internal and external audiences.
• Experience with digital channels, social media, content marketing, recruitment marketing, agencies, and production vendors.
• Advanced English and Russian, written and spoken, are required.
