What you will do

• Define security initiatives, long-term priorities, and DevSecOps practices across engineering.
• Improve the security and resilience of Kubernetes, EKS, Istio, service mesh, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Embed security best practices into service transitions and operational processes.
• Develop policy-as-code and infrastructure validation frameworks using OPA and compliance automation tools.
• Secure Terraform, Ansible, and other infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
• Automate security monitoring, compliance checks, operational controls, and security testing throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of DevOps principles and secure CI/CD pipeline design.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or enterprise container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools.
• Production infrastructure administration experience, including web servers, databases, networking, and distributed microservices systems.
• Experience securing AWS or other major cloud environments, implementing IAM controls, and assessing and remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of Git, Vault or similar secrets management platforms, PAM solutions, SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning, SSDLC, and OWASP SAMM v2.
