Salary: United States base pay ranges from $174,051 to $273,775 annually, depending on geographic pay zone. The role may also include benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers building agentic AI integration products.
- Deliver foundational components for multi-agent systems and drive adoption of MCP and A2A protocols.
- Partner with Product, Platform, Data Science, and Analytics teams to embed AI capabilities across .
- Build and operate secure, scalable, high-throughput cloud services with four-nines reliability, low latency, and optimized cost.
- Drive technical strategy and decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Contribute to open specifications and represent in AI interoperability working groups.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years of people management.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML platform engineering, model serving, agent frameworks, or workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of MCP, A2A, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LLM-based system design.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience with high-scale distributed systems, vector databases, observability pipelines, and secure model-to-model communication.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and develop technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with MCP servers, UI clients, adapters, and agent collaboration frameworks.
- Background in enterprise integration patterns, API governance, or developer experience platforms.
- Contributions to open-source AI frameworks or standards development.
