TL;DR
Site Reliability Engineer (Crypto): Building and improving infrastructure tooling for a distributed financial platform with an accent on security, reliability, observability, and scalable delivery. Focus on automating repetitive operations, solving latency and resource-allocation challenges, and guiding developer teams toward secure, resilient engineering practices.
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; mandatory in-office presence four days per week. Remote work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 20 days per year.

What you will do
- Evolve infrastructure solutions for complex reliability, latency, bandwidth, and security challenges.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting across the platform.
- Build scalable tooling that replaces manual and repetitive operational work.
- Centralize duplicated infrastructure workflows across developer teams.
- Coordinate execution across multiple areas of the organization.
- Guide developers in delivering secure, reliable, and scalable features.
Requirements
- Experience with containerization, service orchestration, and infrastructure security.
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Solid Linux knowledge, including resource allocation, networking, or system internals.
- Experience with AWS or GCP, infrastructure as code, configuration management, GitOps, and CI.
- Demonstrable experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, or Telegraf.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and database management.
Nice to have
- Experience with HashiCorp Nomad, Consul, Vault, Golang, Python, Bash, complex Terraform deployments, SaltStack, or GitHub Actions.
- Data center experience and knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
