Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Risk Practice (Payments Risk)

Location: Panama City, Panama; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Develop and support risk and operational consulting engagements for hirify.global clients across the CARCAM region.
• Analyze hirify.globalNet and client portfolio data, transactional trends, customer demographics, spending behavior, and financial information.
• Advise issuers, acquirers, and merchants on fraud mitigation, authorization optimization, payment methods, and risk-management strategies.
• Lead complex projects covering portfolio diagnostics, risk-policy assessments, scoring strategies, settlement analysis, and operational implementations or migrations.
• Identify operational and process-improvement opportunities through data analysis, interviews, market research, and KPI assessment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, transfer knowledge, and support implementation of recommendations while maintaining regulatory and industry alignment.

Requirements

• Experience managing client engagements and relationships with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, fraud management, payment operations, and authorization processes.
• Ability to use data, analytics, technology, and industry expertise to create consulting solutions.
• Experience analyzing portfolio, transactional, operational, or financial data and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to lead complex projects and develop risk-management frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Panama City with at least 3 days in the office.
