Location: Remote within the United States; W-2 hourly candidates must reside in one of the listed states, while LLC or corporation contractors may reside in any US state. Collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone is essential.

Salary: $35–$40 per hour on a 1099 basis, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Translate strategic concepts into clean, engaging digital and print visuals.
• Collaborate with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to understand design needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop brand-appropriate graphic strategies, visual identities, and cohesive visual language.
• Present fresh design ideas and create work that expands conventional design approaches.
• Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital and/or print design experience in the technology or consulting industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, use of space, and information hierarchy.
• Experience establishing tone and visual language across deliverables.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Work samples or a portfolio are required with the application.
