Location: Onsite at the Stockholm HQ, Sweden

What you will do
- Assess the security posture across cloud and air-gapped on-premises infrastructure.
- Conduct threat and risk assessments and create a prioritised security roadmap.
- Remediate the highest-priority security gaps.
- Build reliable incident response processes.
- Coordinate security-related engineering decisions and maintain company-wide policies.
- Lead BSI C5 readiness and maintain existing ISO coverage as the organisation expands into Germany.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SIEM systems and Kubernetes security.
- Strong risk-based prioritisation and practical security judgment.
- Previous experience driving compliance initiatives.
- Ability to establish a security function and operating agenda from scratch.
- Ability to work onsite at the Stockholm HQ in Sweden.
