AI Clinical Solutions Specialist (Healthcare AI)

What you will do

• Clinically validate AI agent deployments and implement safety protocols before go-live.
• Support clinician adoption and confidence by explaining agent capabilities and workflows.
• Track patient impact, care access, satisfaction, and operational efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate clinical, technical, and business stakeholders around safety and patient-centered design.
• Identify new clinical use cases and workflows where AI can improve care delivery.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN nursing license in the practicing state.
• Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings, with strong patient communication skills.
• Hands-on experience prompting or interacting with LLMs through text or voice, conversational AI, or clinical NLP.
• Ability to explain complex medical and AI concepts clearly to clinical, technical, and non-clinical audiences.
• Experience managing clinical projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to clinical safety, ethics, and HIPAA/PHI privacy best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical informatics.
• Background in quality, safety, or clinical education.
• Experience with clinical guidelines and patient-education best practices.
• Expertise in clinical and care management workflows.
