HR Systems Analyst (HR Technology)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global offices in St Julian’s, Malta

hirify.global is an international sports betting and online gaming provider within Banijay Gaming.

What you will do

• Own the implementation, maintenance, and integration of HR systems.
• Provide technical support for SmartRecruiters, Sage People, and related platforms.
• Automate HR processes and improve the efficiency of people operations.
• Maintain data quality and reliable integrations between HR systems.
• Lead new HR technology implementations and future system enhancements from kickoff to launch.
• Partner with the global HR team to gather requirements, solve issues, and deliver process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience maintaining and developing core HR systems, including HR hierarchies.
• Understanding of both HR and IT, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical language and vice versa.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, and adaptable working style.
• English required for communication in the international organization.

Nice to have

• Native or fluent German language skills, written and spoken.
