Head of HR Indonesia (Talent Management/HR Transformation): Modernizing HR operations and leading the local HR team through scalable processes, compliant payroll, and data-driven workforce practices with an accent on organizational design, talent development, and digital transformation. Focus on automating manual workflows, building reliable HR reporting, guiding leadership on workforce planning, and strengthening trust, confidentiality, and local compliance.
Location: Onsite in Mojokerto, Indonesia

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local HR team while ensuring high-quality execution of daily operations and projects.
- Modernize manual HR practices by designing scalable, automated workflows using Personio, Confluence, Jira, and related tools.
- Align Indonesian HR processes with global frameworks covering career progression, leveling, skills matrices, salary bands, benefits, learning and development, and talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate HR data and build reporting for local and global leadership, finance, and other stakeholders.
- Manage compliant payroll, SOPs, and ways of working in line with Indonesian employment law.
- Coach managers and department heads on performance reviews, organizational design, hiring needs, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in HR, talent management, and organizational design.
- Experience leading a team and working in a global company with international practices.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HR practices and local employment law, including payroll, sick leave, contracting, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Proven experience implementing scalable HR processes and modernizing traditional HR operations.
- Proficiency with HRIS, digital collaboration, and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia required.

- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
