Senior Automation Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for complex, multi-layered security and networking systems using a Java-based framework.
• Build and improve automation infrastructure, frameworks, reusable libraries, tools, dashboards, and test environments.
• Enhance reliability, scalability, execution speed, and test feedback while reducing flakiness.
• Evaluate and integrate AI-based solutions for test generation, failure analysis, optimization, and productivity improvements.
• Support QA automation engineers and developers through reusable components, CI/CD integrations, templates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, product, and automation teams to establish unified quality standards and deliver actionable automation insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in test automation for complex, multi-layered systems.
• Strong coding skills in Java or C# with object-oriented programming and design principles.
• Experience with load and performance testing using JMeter, K6, or Gatling.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD integration, and scalable execution infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of L3–L7 network protocols and experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks and test environments.
• Practical experience using AI-based tools for software development or test automation, along with strong ownership and communication skills.
