Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Work across Central European timezone

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles including C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quant
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Build and manage talent pipelines through headhunting, sourcing, events, referrals, and agency coordination
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations and onboarding
• Improve recruiting operations including ATS processes and hiring analytics
• Help develop scalable recruiting infrastructure and playbook

Requirements

• 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience in tech companies
• Experience in HFT recruitment is a major plus
• Proven success in sourcing and closing technical talent, especially in low-latency and trading-related roles
• Strong stakeholder management skills with business and engineering leaders
• Excellent communication skills
• Extreme ownership mindset and detail-oriented approach
