TL;DR
Marketing Designer (iGaming) (Motion/Graphic Design): Creating promotional videos, social media content, animated game assets, and branding materials for HTML5 games with an accent on motion design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Focus on developing high-impact campaign creatives, adapting assets across platforms, and exploring AI-powered creative tools and new animation techniques.
Location: Remote, preferably from Poland, Serbia, or Romania, with availability within approximately 1–2 hours of the CET time zone.

What you will do
- Create promotional videos, trailers, teasers, and animated assets for game launches and product announcements.
- Produce motion content for social media, websites, landing pages, exhibitions, and digital advertising.
- Animate logos, typography, UI elements, and marketing graphics while maintaining visual quality and brand identity.
- Create and adapt social media visuals, promotional materials, and exhibition branding for different platforms and formats.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Game Art teams on campaign concepts, brainstorming, and creative execution.
Requirements
- Mandatory iGaming experience and an understanding of high-quality B2C marketing content in the industry.
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of motion design principles, pacing, composition, storytelling, typography, layout, color, and branding.
- English at B1+ level and the ability to work within approximately 1–2 hours of the CET time zone.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe InDesign, or Figma.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Kling.
