What you will do

• Contribute to the technical evolution of the platform, improving robustness, performance, and scalability.
• Make technical design decisions covering feature architecture, data models, API design, and engineering tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to shape solutions around user needs.
• Own the development lifecycle from task breakdown and implementation through deployment and production monitoring.
• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews, testing, clean documentation, pair programming, and architecture sessions.

Requirements

• 5–6+ years of software development experience, preferably in a scaling SaaS environment with live production ownership.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, ideally with NestJS for backend development.
• Good understanding of modern frontend technologies, including React.
• Experience building modern APIs, working with different system architectures, and modeling data.
• Familiarity with deployment, testing, and CI/CD processes.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
