Accommodation Fit-Out Supervisor (Shipbuilding): Supervising the outfitting and completion of accommodation areas on vessels at international shipyards with an accent on safety, quality, schedule control, and subcontractor coordination. Focus on leading installation crews, resolving technical site challenges, managing deviations and variations, and completing inspections and handovers.
Location: Nam Trieu, Vietnam; overseas onsite assignment with an international rotation schedule of 8 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise local subcontractors and installation crews.
- Monitor work planning, progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager, shipyard organization, and project colleagues in the Netherlands.
- Support technical issue resolution and practical challenges on site.
- Assist with inspections, handovers, project completion, and reporting variation orders and additional work.
Requirements
- MBO+ or Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in ship interior construction, outfitting, or a technical discipline.
- Experience as a Supervisor, Site Foreman, Superintendent, or in a comparable leadership position.
- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
- Good command of Dutch and English is required.
- Willingness to work an international overseas rotation schedule: 8 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.
- Practical, independent, and solution-oriented approach with knowledge of project-based working methods and quality control.
