Salary: $75,000–$125,000 base salary, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Support Wealth Management Professionals and their Private Wealth Management clients.
• Onboard new client relationships and help implement advisory strategies.
• Facilitate portfolio rebalancing and ensure investment objectives are addressed.
• Execute cash balance activities, trades, and private banking services.
• Help manage fraud risk and coordinate with internal teams supporting the PWM business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; May 2026 graduation is mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain clear-headed under pressure.
• Strong interest in client service and the financial services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, autonomous, and committed to excellence and integrity.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required within six months of employment.
