Senior Group Controller

Location: Belgrade, Serbia, with flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.

What you will do

• Own monthly cost controlling for Global Functions, including variance analysis, trend insights, and management-ready reporting.
• Partner with Global Function Heads on financial performance reviews, planning, and forecasting.
• Drive transparency on capacity, utilisation, bench development, bench cost, and lost revenue potential across Practices and Industries.
• Connect sales pipeline, delivery capacity, and workforce planning to support revenue forecasting and business steering.
• Provide insights into pricing development, rate realisation, and key revenue drivers.
• Contribute to KPI development, process automation, management reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Controlling or FP&A, ideally in an international or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex topics and translate financial data into clear business messages.
• Good understanding of cost controlling, planning, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
• Confident stakeholder management and clear communication with senior function leaders.
• Excellent English required; German proficiency is a plus.
