Senior DevEx Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: €10,000–€12,000 gross per month, depending on skills and experience

What you will do

• Build self-service developer tools that reduce complexity and give product teams greater autonomy.
• Architect and evolve the core cloud platform using AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Lead reliability initiatives, including business continuity planning and a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Support highly scalable infrastructure for privacy features such as Anonymous Mode.
• Implement monitoring across metrics, logs, and tracing to identify and mitigate issues before they affect users.
• Develop platform approaches that support AI-driven changes in software development and delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AWS infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles supporting high-traffic distributed environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes is essential.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
• Coding background with Python, Scala, or Go; experience with React and front-end development is also relevant.
• Ability to work across the stack and collaborate with distributed product teams using a doc-first approach.
• Experience with the impact of AI automation on development teams and the software delivery lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience scaling consumer technology platforms with millions of concurrent users.
• Professional accreditation such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD, or KCSA.
