What you will do

• Build self-service tools that give product teams autonomy while maintaining system stability.
• Architect and evolve the core cloud platform using AWS, EKS, and Terraform.
• Lead reliability initiatives, including business continuity planning and a sustainable on-call rotation.
• Support infrastructure for privacy-focused features, including Anonymous Mode.
• Implement monitoring across metrics, logs, and distributed tracing to identify and mitigate issues early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Experience supporting high-traffic, distributed environments.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Ability to script and build tools using Python, Go, Scala, or Bash.
• Doc-first communication and effective collaboration across distributed product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience hardening infrastructure for high-compliance or security-sensitive environments.
• Experience scaling consumer technology platforms with millions of concurrent users.
• Professional accreditation such as AWS Professional Architect, CKAD, or KCSA.
