TL;DR
Product Designer, Public Web (Web Product Design): Designing and optimising Bolt’s public-facing web pages for mobility products, user acquisition, conversion, and discoverability with an accent on design systems, prototyping, accessibility, and analytics-driven iteration. Focus on building scalable web experiences, running A/B tests, supporting React-based implementation, and maintaining a consistent user experience across multiple domains.
Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid model with at least 12 in-office days per month

What you will do
- Design and maintain Bolt’s web design language and drive its adoption across public-facing domains.
- Create product, feature, and campaign pages aligned with Bolt’s visual style and tone of voice.
- Research user needs, build prototypes, and improve solutions through analytics, usability testing, and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with product designers, brand specialists, engineers, and other stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Prepare design specifications, assets, and guidelines for implementation.
- Conduct content audits to identify consistency and optimisation opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience designing web products focused on user acquisition and conversion.
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe tools, including prototyping and micro-interactions.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
- Knowledge of WCAG AA and AAA requirements and practical accessibility implementation.
- Fluent English required, with strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Interest in emerging technologies and current design trends; daily use of AI tools is expected.
