What you will do

• Support course and event administration, including activity creation, registrations, room bookings, and onsite event coordination.
• Assist with video recording, editing, and production for eLearning content.
• Translate and localize training materials from English into Simplified Chinese.
• Test, validate, maintain, and organize digital training content, learning platforms, documentation, and records.
• Contribute to digitalization, continuous improvement, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Recent Diploma or Bachelor's Degree graduate in Multimedia, Digital Media, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Languages, Communication, or a related discipline.
• Availability for a six-month part-time contract, with either four full days per week or weekday afternoon half-days by agreement.
• Proficient English and Simplified Chinese for translation work.
• Familiarity with video editing software, digital content creation tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
