HR Site Head (Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with the Site Head and Leadership Team on strategic HR guidance and organizational performance.
• Develop workforce and people strategies aligned with manufacturing growth and operational objectives.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives supporting site expansion.
• Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Use workforce data and organizational insights to improve decision-making and performance.
• Ensure effective HR service delivery and compliance with company policies and Swiss employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people-focused solutions.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management.
• Knowledge of employee relations practices and Swiss employment law.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
