Recruiter (Clean Energy)

Location: Onsite in Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Manage recruitment and selection processes from sourcing through candidate assessment.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates against defined criteria.
• Recruit for technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and other specialized roles.
• Use applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and professional sourcing tools.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders in a multinational environment.
• Support recruitment analytics, employer branding, and diversity sourcing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional experience managing recruitment and selection processes, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and assessing candidates against selection criteria.
• Working knowledge of Brazilian recruitment practices, labor-market conditions, and employment requirements.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, professional sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
• Fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Brazilian data privacy requirements, particularly LGPD, as applied to candidate information.
• Experience with recruitment analytics, employer branding, and diversity sourcing strategies.
