Agentic Automation Architect (AI)

Location: Based in Solna or hirify.globalen, Sweden, with a hybrid setup and partial remote work.

What you will do

• Define architecture for automation and agentic platforms, tools, and offerings.
• Design and build automation solutions by translating business requirements into technical implementations.
• Set technical direction through standards, best practices, reusable patterns, and coaching.
• Guide engineers and stakeholders on automation architecture, quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Enable self-service and responsible adoption of automation and agentic AI across teams and champion communities.
• Design, develop, test, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and streamline business processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Experience in automation engineering and agentic automation.
• Strong skills in UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and at least one programming language.
• Experience leading technical work in agile environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions and coach others.
• Strategic thinking, hands-on delivery skills, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
