What you will do

• Lead the user experience of a product from conception to launch with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers.
• Own the end-to-end design experience for a specific product area.
• Contribute to strategic decisions about the future direction of products.
• Translate analysis and research insights into new product ideas and concepts.
• Facilitate strategic discussions, represent design in cross-functional forums, and drive progress against goals.
• Contribute to the design community and help improve design practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of in-house Product Design experience in a software development environment.
• Background in e-commerce, marketplaces, or a similar product domain.
• Strong UX design skills demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience mentoring designers and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats.
• Ability to use data to identify problems, evaluate opportunities, and make impact-based decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Visual and Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Writers.
