E-commerce Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish

Location: Madrid, Spain, with a hybrid 60% office / 40% home setup. Up to 20 days of work abroad may be available in approved countries.

Salary: €29,500–€36,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage product listings, product changes, categorization, activation, and visibility in the Finnish shop.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality product content and perform proactive quality checks.
• Create and manage promotions while supporting commercial goals in the Finnish market.
• Coordinate translations and adapt website content for Finnish-speaking customers.
• Collaborate with Content, Vendor Management, Category Management, and Campaigns teams.
• Improve shop processes, reduce backlog, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent Finnish at C2 level is required.
• Communicative English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a quality-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks.
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
• Interest in e-commerce and online customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS tools, PIM systems, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Background in content management, product data management, or e-commerce operations.
