FP&A Senior Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role based in Athens, Attica, Greece

What you will do

• Develop and maintain group budgets, forecasts, scenarios, and financial planning models.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support business decisions and identify performance trends.
• Evaluate actual results against plans and forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Develop cross-functional KPIs, benchmarking analyses, and process reviews to improve financial performance.
• Build automated reporting and forecasting tools and collaborate with Accounting to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Prepare presentations and advise management on long-term strategic decisions and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-responsibility business or financial analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, corporate finance, information analysis, and accounting principles.
• Solid understanding of IFRS reporting and strong proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation development.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and relevant software packages.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, presentation, and business skills; proactive and strategic approach.

Nice to have

• CIMA accreditation, MBA, MSc in Business or Decision Sciences, or a similar qualification.
