Debt Collections Advisor (Chile)

Location: Fully remote from Chile; Santiago is specified.

hirify.global is a fintech startup building autonomous AI agents for debt-collection conversations used by banks, lenders, and collection agencies.

What you will do

• Review call flows, scripts, negotiation logic, cadence, settlement ranges, and escalation paths used by AI collection agents.
• Validate collection assumptions against real-world bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO practices.
• Stress-test edge cases including disputes, hardship, renegotiation, repeat promises to pay, and regulatory triggers.
• Identify compliance risks under Chilean consumer-protection rules and advise on acceptable contact frequency and communication channels.
• Participate in periodic calls or asynchronous reviews with product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Provide anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks from professional collections experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of debt-collections leadership experience in a bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO contact centre.
• Current or recent experience, within the last 2 years, at a named collections organization.
• Experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP.
• Strong knowledge of Chilean collections operations, consumer-protection compliance, and local communication norms.
• Native English required.
• Must be based in Chile; the engagement is fully remote.
