E-commerce Shop Operations Specialist with Finnish (E-commerce)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid schedule with 60% in the office and 40% working from home. The role also allows working abroad for up to 20 days in approved countries.

Salary: 84,800–103,600 PLN

What you will do

• Manage product listings, product changes, categorization, activation, and product visibility in the Finnish shop.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality product content and perform quality checks.
• Create and manage promotions while ensuring timely execution of operational tasks.
• Support translations and adapt website content for the Finnish market.
• Identify content issues, reduce backlog, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with Content, Vendor Management, Category Management, and Campaigns teams across Europe.

Requirements

• Finnish at C2 level is required.
• Communicative English is required.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and prioritize effectively.
• Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in e-commerce and online customer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS tools, PIM systems, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Background in content management, product data management, or e-commerce operations.
