SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER
Remote (LATAM) | Full-time
About the company
A fast-growing international IT company developing a VPN product used by millions of users worldwide. The team builds and scales high-load infrastructure that powers a global privacy-focused service.
Responsibilities
Develop and scale infrastructure, automate CI/CD processes, maintain high-availability systems, improve monitoring and security, optimize DevOps workflows, participate in architecture decisions, and support the engineering team with technical expertise.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL/Debian), Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Zabbix, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking. Solid knowledge of Go or Python, high-load infrastructure, VPN technologies (StrongSwan, OpenVPN, Xray), and written English for technical communication. Candidates must be based in LATAM (or able to work LATAM business hours). Experience with VPN infrastructure and network security is essential.
