TL;DR
Pre-Sales Consultant (Software): Creating awareness of software products and supporting sales consultants in developing new client relationships with an accent on identifying customer needs and matching suitable product solutions. Focus on establishing value-based sales opportunities, communicating product benefits, and building a foundation for successful client engagement.
Location: Hybrid role based in the Durban region, with occasional office attendance in Westville and partial remote work. Home-office infrastructure is required.

What you will do
- Create awareness of the company’s software products.
- Work closely with sales consultants to establish new client relationships.
- Identify customer needs that align with the product offering.
- Support solution-oriented and value-based sales activities.
- Communicate product value with a positive and engaging approach.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent certificate.
- At least one year of business-to-business sales experience.
- Entry-level experience with solution selling and value-based selling.
- Valid driver’s license; reliable personal transport is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Residence in the Durban region and availability to attend the Westville office when required.
Nice to have
- Experience in software or high-tech business applications.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and processes.
