What you will do

• Monitor and improve sales operations systems, including dashboards, CRM, call center processes, and workflow protocols.
• Track sales team and commercial customer performance, producing reports with insights, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify issues affecting service quality or revenue and support business and product improvements.
• Collect sales feedback and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate the setup and delivery of add-on services such as logos, banners, and promotions.
• Manage sales documentation, payment tracking, and ad hoc analyses with Legal, Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-processing skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex business logic.
• Understanding of digital products and commercial models, especially marketplaces or subscription- and advertising-based businesses.
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
