What you will do

• Screen and respond to inbound leads through calls, email, website inquiries, and chat platforms.
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable immigration solutions.
• Convert qualified leads into clients through structured consultations and consistent follow-ups.
• Build knowledge of South African, African, and international immigration requirements.
• Generate corporate and private client leads through personal networking and proactive outreach.
• Help develop and expand the sales function as the business scales.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales or internship experience, or equivalent aptitude for ethical, relationship-driven selling.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and communicate them clearly and simply.
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented approach with strong initiative.
• Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
