Strategy Analyst

What you will do

• Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, defining company goals, OKRs, and priority initiatives.
• Partner with C-level executives and business heads to align priorities, drive accountability, and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks.
• Apply structured problem-solving frameworks, including root cause analysis, first-principles reasoning, 5 Whys, and MECE.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, preparing performance reports and identifying growth and risk drivers.
• Own strategic cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Embed AI capabilities into analysis, strategic workflows, and operational processes.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate or business strategy and operations, generalist management trainee programs, or project management.
• Experience handling broad, cross-functional business topics.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, first-principles reasoning, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
• Ability to work with business metrics, data, and dashboarding tools while framing strategic insights and communicating them clearly.
• Adaptability or proven experience in using AI tools to improve analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
• Excellent English communication skills at IELTS 7.0 or equivalent, including high-stakes executive presentations.
