What you will do

• Lead strategic relationships with CFA member societies across mainland China.
• Advise society boards, staff, and volunteer leaders on governance, business planning, funding, service standards, and member value.
• Monitor society performance, address operational gaps, and support compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Represent hirify.global to employers, universities, regulators, and institutional partners in China.
• Lead and contribute to China-focused strategic and cross-functional initiatives with regional and global colleagues.
• Coordinate with the Membership Director, China to deliver cohesive value to charterholders and other member populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a professional association, nonprofit, membership organization, investment industry, or strategic consulting.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, volunteer leaders, investment professionals, boards, and complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, board management, project management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior and external audiences.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; the position is based in Beijing, China.
