What you will do

• Create accurate job advertisements and develop recruitment strategies for multiple departments.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while providing a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage requisitions, applicant tracking system and HRIS workflows, offers, approvals, and onboarding coordination.
• Build relationships with universities, employment agencies, candidates, and other talent sources.
• Support recruitment events, employer branding, compliance, market research, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant recruitment experience; healthcare or CRO experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR information systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about recruitment.

• Experience working with recruitment events, universities, and employment agencies.
