Frontend Engineer (React Native)

Location: Onsite in Hong Kong (SAR)

What you will do

• Build and maintain mobile banking applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Use GraphQL as the query and aggregation layer for backend microservices.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code using TSS, DDD, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Collaborate with product designers on feature design, prototyping, wireframes, and implementation.
• Help create and maintain a reusable component library with the design team.
• Deliver features iteratively using customer feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining mobile applications.
• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript skills, including modern component-based applications.
• Deep understanding of React or React Native.
• Understanding of mobile user experience and software projects involving design and backend components.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment and communicate clearly.
• Result-driven mindset, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with other engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with GraphQL.
