Location: Fully remote from Ukraine; international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead MES implementation projects from factory engagement and onboarding through deployment, go-live, and Hypercare.
• Coordinate distributed teams including vendors, developers, configuration specialists, QA, business analysts, and factory stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery reporting.
• Facilitate stage-gate meetings and ensure projects progress according to structured delivery methodologies.
• Drive solution adoption in collaboration with manufacturing sites and business representatives.
• Support continuous improvement and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT implementation projects.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise application implementations.
• Strong technical background with cloud-based solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with application integrations, enterprise interfaces, project governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams across regions and time zones and willingness to travel internationally.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher required.
