Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Translate roadmap priorities into detailed engineering requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlogs.
• Own UX handoffs, including interaction details, edge cases, and state management.
• Manage sprint execution, delivery commitments, launch readiness, and operating ceremonies.
• Coordinate dependencies across software engineering, data engineering, science, customer success, and product marketing.
• Prioritize customer requests and communicate timelines, tradeoffs, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Introduce AI prototyping, automation, and agentic workflow concepts into product development while driving adoption across the product team.

Requirements

• End-to-end product delivery experience, including requirements definition, backlog management, UX handoffs, and UAT.
• Experience partnering with software engineering, data engineering, and science teams.
• Ability to make product decisions, manage tradeoffs between functionality, UX, and customer value, and escalate critical blockers.
• Basic technical literacy in software development and machine learning concepts.
• Strong ownership, validation, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including prototypes, coding, agents, or workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with technically complex products, ML pipelines, geospatial data, satellite imagery, or scientific computing.
• Experience driving organizational process or behavior change.
• Advanced AI application-building experience, including API integrations and rich visualizations.
• B2B SaaS experience serving multiple use cases or customer segments.
• Experience in AgTech, environmental technology, precision agriculture, or a related domain.
