Senior 3D Animator (Unreal Engine)

Location: Kraków, Poland. Hybrid work model with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. Relocation support is available for candidates willing to move to Kraków.

What you will do

• Create realistic animations for player characters and non-humanoid enemies.
• Implement animations and cutscenes in Unreal Engine.
• Modify and blend animation sequences.
• Work with animation rigs, layers, pose libraries, root motion, loops, and blends.
• Contribute to animation systems and procedural animation setups.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience creating realistic animations for characters and objects.
• Proficiency with Maya, MotionBuilder, or Blender.
• Experience working with motion capture data.
• Understanding of gameplay animation, animation rigs, layers, pose libraries, root motion, loops, and blends.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine animation sequences, Montages, AnimBlueprints, and Sequencer.
• Experience with facial animation and third-person character animation.
• Experience directing and implementing cutscenes.
• Animation experience in Blender.
