Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Create realistic animations for player characters, non-humanoid enemies, and objects.
• Implement animation sequences and cutscenes in Unreal Engine.
• Modify and blend animation sequences using rigs, layers, and pose libraries.
• Contribute to gameplay animation systems and procedural animation setups.
• Collaborate with designers, animators, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Create realistic character and object animations.
• Work proficiently with Maya, MotionBuilder, or Blender.
• Understand gameplay animation, root motion, loops, and blends.
• Have experience working with motion-capture data.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and effective cross-functional communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine animation sequences, Montages, Anim Blueprints, and Sequencer.
• Experience with facial animation and third-person character animation.
• Experience directing and implementing cutscenes.
• Animation experience in Blender.
