What you will do

• Manage social media conversathirify.globalns for clients and their customers.
• Respond to questhirify.globalns and positive reviews in an enthusiastic, helpful manner.
• Handle complaints and work to turn negative customer experiences into positive ones.
• Find clear answers to both simple and complex customer questhirify.globalns.
• Work independently while collaborating with campus colleagues and external teams.

Requirements

• Current college or university student available for at least 6 hours per week.
• Long-term availability during school vacathirify.globalns and throughout the coming year.
• Strong written communicathirify.globaln skills in Dutch and French, with comfortable communicathirify.globaln in English.
• Excellent communicathirify.globaln skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude.
• High attenthirify.globaln to detail, spelling accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability must be specified in advance; the role has no fixed working hours.
