Quality Assurance Engineer (Embedded Systems, Manufacturing Process) (Embedded QA/Robotics): Ensuring the quality and reliability of embedded devices and manufacturing processes for industrial robotics with an accent on embedded systems validation, manufacturing quality, and analytical troubleshooting. Focus on designing automated tests, applying embedded systems quality standards, and collaborating across Japanese- and English-speaking teams to support autonomous automation products.
Location
Location: On-site in Tokyo, Japan, at the headquarters in Koto-ku. Work hours are 8:45–17:45 with a 60-minute break. Relocation support to Japan is available, including visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Perform quality assurance for embedded systems and devices.
- Evaluate and improve embedded device manufacturing processes.
- Analyze quality issues and identify root causes with strong attention to detail.
- Apply quality assurance practices and embedded systems standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively in Japanese and English.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in quality assurance for embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded device manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Japanese and English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of embedded systems quality standards and best practices.
- Software fundamentals and scripting experience with Python, C/C++, and Bash.
