What you will do
- Lead and manage the QA team, including task distribution and performance monitoring.
- Own the testing process across web, mobile, and backend products.
- Plan and supervise manual, automated, and API testing.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and release readiness.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear, testable requirements.
- Track defects, support timely resolution, and improve QA processes, tools, and team capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications manually and through automation.
- Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills.
