Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home
Salary: β¬2,400ββ¬3,800 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience

What you will do
- Generate concepts and fresh angles for social media ads and campaigns.
- Write hooks, headlines, scripts, CTAs, and other performance-focused copy.
- Prepare creative briefs for designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Research competitors, monitor market trends, and identify effective creative approaches.
- Analyze creative performance and use insights to improve future concepts.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to deliver campaigns for different audiences.
Requirements
- Experience writing copy for ads, social media, or other digital content.
- Curiosity, strong idea generation, and the ability to turn insights into clear, engaging concepts.
- Understanding of testing and iteration as the basis of effective creative work.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects in an organized manner.
- Enjoyment of close collaboration with designers and marketers.
- Fluent English and Lithuanian are required.
