What you will do

• Design and develop features for multi-step peptide synthesis workflows.
• Improve tracking of reaction conditions, intermediate steps, and experimental outcomes.
• Translate scientific workflows into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with chemists and researchers.
• Build and optimize backend services, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
• Ensure experimental data integrity, traceability, and auditability.
• Test, debug, optimize, review, deploy, and maintain application functionality in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, backend architectures, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and SQL.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Docker containerization.
• Proficiency with GitHub and version control workflows.
• Experience with complex data models and business workflows, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with scientific, laboratory, or research applications.
• Understanding of chemistry or peptide synthesis workflows.
