TL;DR
Mobile App Developer (iOS, Android & Cross-Platform) (Swift/Kotlin/React Native/Flutter): Building and maintaining polished iOS and Android applications with an accent on native and cross-platform development, API integration, and mobile UI/UX. Focus on optimizing performance and stability, debugging complex device-specific issues, and managing production releases across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Location: Remote from Portugal, with flexible working hours.

is hiring for a client that develops and maintains modern mobile applications.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain native and cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Translate Figma and product designs into responsive, accessible mobile interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs, backend services, authentication systems, and third-party services.
- Improve application performance, memory usage, battery efficiency, responsiveness, and stability.
- Test, debug, and validate features across devices and operating system versions.
- Prepare builds, support App Store and Google Play releases, and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of mobile application development experience.
- Strong experience with iOS and/or Android development using Swift, Kotlin, Java, iOS SDK, or Android SDK.
- Hands-on experience with React Native and/or Flutter.
- Understanding of REST APIs, mobile networking, authentication, application lifecycle, and architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or MVP.
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices, Git, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to collaborate with designers, backend engineers, QA, and product teams.
Nice to have
- Experience publishing production applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, mobile analytics, and authentication systems.
- Experience building offline-first functionality, real-time features, or mobile animations.
- Startup or product-company experience and performance optimization for growing user bases.
