Debt Collections Advisor (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote from the UK; London listed as the location.

What you will do

• Review AI call flows, scripts, negotiation logic, and escalation paths against real collections-desk practices.
• Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions, settlement ranges, and promise-to-pay scenarios.
• Stress-test disputes, hardship cases, renegotiations, repeat promises-to-pay, and regulatory triggers.
• Identify risks under UK consumer-protection and debt-collection rules, including inappropriate tone, channels, or contact frequency.
• Join periodic calls or asynchronous reviews with product, AI, engineering, and founding teams.
• Provide anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks from bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of debt-collections leadership experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP.
• Current or recent experience within the last two years at a named bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
• Practical knowledge of UK collections operations, negotiation, escalation, and compliance requirements.
• Native English speaker required.
• Ability to share anonymized professional examples without client data.
